Subscription Refunds

Due to the nature of our subscription service and the delivery of physical letters, all sales are final once a letter has been shipped.

We do not offer refunds for letters that have already been sent or partially delivered.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Canceling will stop all future shipments but will not refund past payments.
Issues with Delivery
If your letters are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 21 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include reshipping the letter at our discretion.
