2. Subscription Service

Lighthouse Letters provides a subscription-based service delivering faith-inspired and historical story letters for children in various age groups. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.

3. Payment and Billing

  • Payment is due at the time of subscription and will recur based on the subscription plan selected (monthly, quarterly, etc.).

  • You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all recurring payments.

  • Prices and subscription fees may change, but you will be notified in advance.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellation prevents future payments but does not refund past payments.

  • Refunds are not provided for delivered or partially delivered content.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content, including letters, images, and related materials, are the intellectual property of Lighthouse Letters or its licensors.

  • Subscribers have a limited license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial use only.

  • Content may not be copied, distributed, shared, or resold.

6. User Eligibility

Lighthouse Letters is intended for adults and children, and subscriptions for minors should be made by a parent or legal guardian.

7. Changes to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue Lighthouse Letters or these Terms at any time. Notice will be provided for significant changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Lighthouse Letters is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees about the educational outcomes or suitability for any individual. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.

9. Termination

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes will be resolved in Texas.
